How do coaches earn on the platform?
Coaches upload paid courses or offer bookable live sessions. When a student enrolls or books, payment is processed automatically through Epsom Pay. Coaches can withdraw their earnings to their bank at any time.
How do recruiters hire through Epsom?
Recruiters create a profile, post job or service listings, review student applicants, receive completed work on-platform, and pay students directly through Epsom Pay. No external tools needed.
How can parents support their child on Epsom?
Parents create an account linked to their child's profile. They can transfer money directly into their child's Epsom wallet, respond to payment requests (e.g. a course the child wants to buy), and view what courses and jobs their child is engaged with.
Is Epsom Pay secure?
Yes. Epsom Pay is built on top of industry-standard payment infrastructure. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.
Is Epsom available internationally?
Yes. Epsom is built for global users, with multi-currency support and international university admissions tracking.
